Policy
All Services and Labor are non-refundable, unless charged in error.
Deposits on phone service accounts are eligible for a refund after one year of paid service. When a customer chooses to disconnect their Pipertel phone service, any deposit money previously collected will first be applied to any outstanding balance owed on the account. Remaining positive balances will be refunded back to the customer by check within 30 days of disconnection.
Once an account is more than 15 days past due, Pipertel retains the right to suspend service at any time for non-payment. Charges still acrue while an account is suspended. If an account is allowed to go more than 30 days past due, Pipertel retains the right to disconnect service at any time for non-payment. The account holder is responsible for paying all unpaid balances up to the time of disconnection. If your phone service is disconnected, you will not be able to retain your phone number. A new account will have to be created and sufficient deposit collected. Please call Pipertel if you will be late with your monthly payment so we can extend a "grace period" to you and avoid charging a $25 reconnection fee.
A Pipertel agent will be happy to review your current residential or business phone bill to determine your phone service needs and help save you money.
